Zlavianski is a Slavic language slightly designed to take joking about communism to a whole new level, and it is also designed to be much simpler and easier to learn than the natural Slavic languages. It uses the Cyrillic alphabet, and gets its vocabulary off of the Slavic languages.
The writing system is 100% phonetic.

Nouns[]
Nouns conjugate according to case and number. To pluralize a noun, all you have to do is suffix "ий" if the word ends with a consonant, or "ний" if the word ends in a vowel.
Pre-Affixed Ending | Conjugation |
---|---|
Ends in Consonant | -ий |
Ends in Vowel | -ний |
Nouns also conjugate by case. Cases are denoted by prefixes. There are 8 different cases, and all of which are included in Russian, but not vice versa.Warning: Display title "{{{1}}}" overrides earlier display title "". In the genitive case, the possessor gets conjugated and comes immediately after the object. In the partitive case, the part comes before the whole and the whole gets conjugated.
Case | Prefix |
---|---|
Nominative | ше- |
Accusative | vи- |
Dative | су- |
Genitive | те- |
Locative | во- |
Comitative | за- |
Instrumental | би- |
