Zlavianski is a Slavic language slightly designed to take joking about communism to a whole new level, and it is also designed to be much simpler and easier to learn than the natural Slavic languages. It uses the Cyrillic alphabet, and gets its vocabulary off of the Slavic languages.

The writing system is 100% phonetic.
