Ɏɏ represents the English diphthong ia, however it has limited use and is not considered part of the alphabet. Also, the Greek Omega (Ωω) can be used to represent the diphthong o℧. In addition Vv can represent the sound "hoe'oe", it is very rare. Xx can be used to represent the equivalent of "ckh'h", it has very limited use.

Occasionally, letters B̥b̥, D̥d̥, H̥h̥, P̥p̥, R̥r̥, S̥s̥, Ŝ̥ŝ̥, T̥t̥, and Þ̥þ̥ exist as trilled, hissed, or sputtered sounds. A tilde can be used on any letter to create a nasal sound, this is very common.
