Updates:
R1 - First release. Shows the language name in Ukrainian (fixed in R3).
R2 - Second release. Decimal point changed from "," to "."
R3 - Third release. Changes the letters "ɣ̀" to "v" and "t̆" to "ț" due to some problems with ɣ̀ and t̆ when used in various programs. Changes the name from Ukrainian to English.
R4 - Fourth release. Adds a new letter "ḍ". Now also available in 7z format.
