The New Pictish (Neepiqtic) is a Welsh, Irish and Scottish gaelic mixed originary from the United Provinces, in Europe.

The language is been mixed after the victory of Plantagenets against Valois during the Hungred Years War in 1455. France and England are been fusioned with Belgium, Netherland, Corsica, Britanny, Luxembourg, Ireland, Wales, Scotland, Isle of Man, Shetland in 1460. After the lasts are Faroe redeemed to Danish and 3 islands of Netherlands Antilles, La Reunion and New Caledonia. After all that, the United Provinces is formed.

In this world, 470,000,000 inhabitants is speaker of the language.
