Um you can't have palatalized palatal consonants, like /çʲ/ or /ɲʲ/. It's kinda redundant.

Palatalised Retroflexes[]

I'm pretty sure /ʂʲ/ is literally impossible to make, as you'd need to have the tip of your tongue bent backwards and at the same time have the middle of it raised to the hard palate. Rurfs (talk) 04:07, August 31, 2014 (UTC)

Naw, it's possible if a bit unusual in the mouth. The retroflex consonant has to be apical tho.
