I think the description of adjective placement is wrong. I think it should be:
Head-first: VSO, prepositions, gen+noun, noun+adj (gen before noun; noun before adj).
Head-final: SOV, postpositions, noun+gen, adj+noun (noun before gen; adj before noun)
In a noun&adj phrase, the head is the noun (not the adj). Conversely, in a noun&genitive phrase, (I think) the head is the genitive (not the noun).
Other issues:
In the 1st table, good idea to change "the red dog" to just "red dog". Because in many analyses, 'the' (a Determiner) is the head of the structure [ the [ red dog ] ].
In 2nd table where genitive is described, the bolding for "house of the dog" is wrong. It should be: dog's house, house of the dog
