Palatalizing velars and voicing consonants between vowels is the most un-German thing you can do if you want to make a romlang that has something to do with German. However, "German Romance language" has already been done http://www.joerg-rhiemeier.de/Conlang/farewell-to-romlangs.html, so that's probably not what you're trying to do anyways.
