General informationEdit

Seghki /ze̽ŋki:/ is the language of the Seghki, a group of approximately 1700 'nomadic' tribes spread across Afro-Eurasia in the Conlang Conworld. Upon arriving in a villiage/town/city, they will seek accommodation, which they shall utilise for the following 9 days. They earn money through menial contract work; this is not enough to accumulate any great savings, but that does not matter, as the Seghki must carry all their possessions with them to the next villiage on the tenth day. The language, whilst every tribe speaks their own dialect (contact is exceedingly rare), may be divided into three major 'dialect groups' which are easily intelligible (the language is intelligible across dialect groups, but not without adjustment). Each is characterised by its own phonology and grammatical structures, which often differ quite strongly.
